This 3BR/2.5BA accessory dwelling unit layout makes the most of a narrow 18′ wide footprint. The design places two bedrooms and an office space at one end of the unit with an open concept living room and kitchen at the other end. Each bedroom features an ensuite bath and walk-closet, while the bonus room (used as a yoga room by the homeowner we designed this for) includes a half bath and laundry.
