Standard 8′ x 5′ Bathrooms
Eight by five foot bathrooms with acrylic tub/shower inserts and 30″ vanities with quartz countertops are standard in our ADU plans & pricing. White acrylic inserts are easy to clean, durable, and budget friendly. Adding tile, glass doors or high end fixtures are optional upgrades.
Tiled Walls
For a more custom look, add tiled walls with an acrylic tub or a single piece shower pan. Tile can stop at 6′ height or continue up to the ceiling.
Fully Tiled Shower
A fully tiled shower creates a high end look. Note the tiled shower floor and the curb (sometimes called a saddle). Typically tiled showers also feature niches for storage.
Zero Entry Shower
Zero entry or zero threshold showers have no curb and offer a sleek look and improved accessibility. They’re ideal for aging in place designs, ADA friendly layouts, or anyone who wants a more elevated feel.
Corner Showers with Glass Surrounds
Glass surrounds on corner showers make bathrooms feel larger and more open by visually reducing barriers. They work well in tighter layouts or in spaces where you want the shower to feel like a feature.
Larger Vanity
Adding a larger vanity will expand storage & counterspace. 36″, 42″, 48″, and 60″ are typical sizes for larger single vanities. Note the sink can be centered or aligned to the left or right.
Dual Vanity
Double vanities add convenience and functionality for shared bathrooms by allowing two people to use the space at once. They’re ideal for primary suites, family ADUs, or high end rentals.
