Custom 2 Bedroom ADU for Rental Income in Encinitas

This custom 615 sqft, two bedroom, one bath rental ADU is designed to maximize a tight backyard space on an existing rental property. Because of the site constraints, a custom L-shaped floor plan was developed to fit within the available space while meeting required setbacks from the rear and side property lines and the existing home.

The layout places the living room and bathroom at the center, with a bedroom extending into each side of the L. This configuration makes efficient use of the site while providing separation between the two bedrooms.

The property is a corner lot with driveway access to the ADU site, which will help with construction access and convenient tenant access once complete.
