Two Story

This custom two-story ADU is designed to give the homeowners significantly more living space alongside their existing 900 sqft primary home. The project includes a 1,200 sqft, three bedroom, two bath ADU, plus 150 sqft of separate guest living quarters and 90 sqft of unconditioned office space, for a total of 1,440 sqft.

The first floor includes the guest quarters, a large chef’s kitchen, living room, full bathroom, dedicated utility room, and a spacious “great hall” dining area. Upstairs includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom, the office space, and a deck overlooking the pool.

The ADU will be positioned between the existing primary home and pool, making use of the available backyard space while keeping the new living areas connected to the rest of the property.

This will also be a tape and texture project. SnapADU will complete construction through the drywall stage, after which the homeowners will take over the remaining finishes themselves.
