This client wanted to provide a comfortable, secure home for her aging mother-in-law, who is selling her home to relocate into the new ADU in Oceanside. Working with a tight budget, they selected the build-ready SnapADU 1BR/1BA 560 sqft L-Shaped plan. They chose our standard finishes and provided their own plumbing fixtures, including a Whirlpool Massage System walk-in bathtub. This soil on this property has a lot of clay in it, so excavation was more challenging, which we factored into the budget to ensure no surprises for the client.
