Intergenerational ADU in San Diego
Branting Street, San Diego, CA 92122
Homeowner Story: Downsize to ADU
Intergenerational living at its finest! This homeowner built an ADU for himself so that his daughter could move into the larger primary home in University City, San Diego, California.
The 500 sqft ADU features one bedroom and one bathroom, perfect for aging in place in a comfortable and convenient living space. To avoid costly fire ratings, the homeowner chose a narrow ADU plan that provided ample space between the main home and the ADU.
