Are SnapADU builds pre-built or modular?

No. Accessory dwelling units by SnapADU are wood-framed construction. They’re built much the same way that traditional homes are, with slab-on-grade foundations and on-site framing. This approach offers more customization for constrained lots or matching the ADU exterior to the main home.

How much will my ADU cost, and how does pricing work?

We provide full transparency before the project starts so you are aware and comfortable with the budget. Before permits are submitted, we provide a fixed-price model so you fully understand the process and pricing.

How can you tell if my property is allowed to support an ADU?

This is part of our extensive feasibility review. We analyze the zoning of your land, local ordinances, and the conditions of your property to be certain that you’ll be allowed to build your ADU.

Can you help with permits?

Do you provide warranties?

Yes, Snap ADU provides the following warranties:

  • 1-year workmanship warranty for the fit, finish, and materials
  • 2-year distribution systems warranty on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Includes solar systems.
  • 10-year structural warranty covering structural defects.

SnapADU is highly responsive to warranty claims; if a customer calls two years later about their water heater, they can expect a response within a business day.
