Homeowner Story: Downsize to ADU
This ADU was built to be access friendly for the homeowner’s aging parents to move into. A number of customizations were made a to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable space to be enjoyed for years to come, which included enlarging a bathroom, relocating a number of doors and windows around the unit, and moving the washer and dryer. ADA compliance customizations include grab bars in the bathroom and shower, and a higher toilet.
