This Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Chula Vista was designed with future rentals in mind. Utilizing our standard 2BR/2BA 743 sqft plan, the ADU offers a harrow two-bedroom floor plan, providing optimal flexibility for potential renters. Conscious of preserving yard space, the homeowners strategically positioned the ADU near the side and rear of their backyard, maintaining the property’s outdoor living area.

Despite securing permits for this project, the homeowners decided to put the ADU construction on hold due to their relocation to South Dakota.

Our narrow 2 bedroom ADU plan offers a practical layout in under 750 sq ft, perfect for tight spaces. At just 17 feet wide, it features two bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit, each with its own private bathroom. An open-concept living room and kitchen occupy the center, creating a welcoming shared space while maintaining privacy for each bedroom.
