This Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Chula Vista was designed with future rentals in mind. Utilizing our standard 2BR/2BA 743 sqft plan, the ADU offers a harrow two-bedroom floor plan, providing optimal flexibility for potential renters. Conscious of preserving yard space, the homeowners strategically positioned the ADU near the side and rear of their backyard, maintaining the property’s outdoor living area.
Despite securing permits for this project, the homeowners decided to put the ADU construction on hold due to their relocation to South Dakota.
