Escondido PAADU Plan 4 – Two or Three Bedroom Plan

This 1000 square foot rectangular layout features an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen at the front of the unit, creating a spacious and functional common area. At the back of the unit there are two similarly sized bedrooms. The primary suite includes a large ensuite bath and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom utilizes a centrally located full hallway bathroom. In-unit laundry adds convenience.

An optional third bedroom at the front of the unit provides flexibility or can be used as additional living space. This pre-approved plan offers other optional elements such as a front porch for added outdoor living.
