Follow the journey of a newlywed couple in Cherokee Point, San Diego, who, amidst starting a family, chose to add an accessory dwelling unit to their property for rental income. They chose our standard 2BR/2BA 749sqft plan for their rental ADU. Despite a lengthy permitting process in San Diego due to city queue times, they’re excited to complete the unit in 2023.
